All the staff here are super friendly and helpful. Big shout out in particular to Tony the fish guy, super knowledgeable when it comes to things with fins.

Absolutely amazing pet store, the staff is very friendly and incredibly helpful. The store is well stocked. Which has everything in general your pet needs. I'm also amazed by the fish stock, all the fish are well taken care of, therefore the fish are incredibly healthy, and the tanks are incredibly well kept. Great pet store, well done.

Our cats are now fussy eaters because we've been dropping by a few times a week to get the premium stuff. We have noticed that since the switch to food supermarkets don't have vomiting is a rare thing and our cat with IBS has better luck in the litter box now. The staff are all great and we love checking the window to see cats being adopted so quickly.

Went in today to pick up some additions to my aquarium, was helped by Amy who was absolutely wonderful and helpful when picking the right fish for my tank. Fish all looked very well looked after and happy, well priced too! Will be back.

We went in to get help with a pump for our fishtank - the guy who helped us was so friendly and went so far as to undo the pump to check it, plugged it in to test it - rather than just selling us one that we may not have needed. It really did need replacing so he advised us on the best one and which water flow option would be best for our tank and fish. Great service thank you so much!

Myself and my partner had the pleasure of being served by a delightful young man called Declan (I believe). Petstock was out of the brand we were after but Declan was incredibly knowledgeable about the products in store and helped us find a near identical alternative at a much cheaper price. We felt like he really had our best interests at heart. Will definitely be coming here again for all our pet needs.
